elle,
Am about your age. My doctor does not recommend the H1N1 vaccine for us. Children yes. Was at the clinic yesterday and nurse told me that people in 20's - 30's are the ones that are really getting sick. I have had the regular flu shot,. Also got pneumonia shot a couple years ago.

ThankX for your reply and sorry that I am just getting around to seeing it. The AOL boards sure aren't what they used to be, huh? I do recognize your name here though.
My husband got the regular, seasonal flu shot. I think it's been about a month or so ago now. He got it at CVC if I am recalling correctly. :::ivowtokeepbetterrecordsnextyear:::
We were recently placed in a new insurance program and they put in an automated call to ME saying I should schedule a seasonal flu shot and a once in a lifetime pneumonia shot. Now, my PCP, last I checked, was anti-flu shots, period. Since I am NOT sick, I haven't taken them up on the suggestion. :::getmydrift:::
